Q: Hi, I am planning for the tuesday departure itself. Cant understand why you need to book bus or hotel for me. According to the itinerary, we leave las vegas on day 7 morn to head to LA. All I am saying is instead of heading to LA with you guys, we will head to the las vegas airport on day 7 morn to take our flight back home since we dnt want to waste an extra day just to travel to LA. For this tour, the dates year round are guaranteed departures, unless severe weather or other uncontrollable reason does not permit its departure. So far, this tour has never been cancelled for any scheduled departure date. For the West Rim admission and optiona tour fees, the tour guide can accept credit card payment, for all other optional tours, you will need to pay in cash to the tour guide.

Generally customers are not suggested to leave the group during middle of the tour; however you can consult with tour guide first for details on how to join again to head back to LA after the day ends in San Francisco.

For Saturday departures, the tour will go to Las Vegas first and then San Francisco. So on day 7, we will head back to LA from Yosemite National Park. If you wish to have Las Vegas as the last leg of your tour, please book the tour departure on Tuesday and Comment this request, so that we can try to arrange this for you. Requests are not guaranteed, as we will need to check the availability of hotels and bus schedules.

This tour is operating Tuesdays and Saturdays. You can self transfer to the first night's hotel (4 Points Fresno) and meet for the tour the next day, however; you will miss the Yosemite tour and any tour on the first day.
This tour does not start on a Sunday.
